Specialising exclusively in the industrial sector, Bevan has extensive experience across investment sales, owner-occupier transactions, industrial land and development sites, leasing and design & construct projects. His expertise is particularly strong throughout Brisbane’s key industrial precincts and the Brisbane–Gold Coast corridor, where he has built an extensive network of private investors, developers, institutions, owner-occupiers and national businesses.
Throughout his career, Bevan has been involved in transactions ranging from private industrial assets through to major institutional-grade sales exceeding $100 million.
