Dan joins CG Property Group as a Director in 2024 with 14 years of previous industrial agency experience. Dan commenced his career in 2010 with Wright Property and in 2013, Dan joined the CBRE Industrial & Logistics team. Over 10.5 years at CBRE, Dan progressed to a Senior Director position within the company and established himself as a market leader delivering strong results to a vast client base.

Dan has in depth knowledge across the Northern & Southern Industrial markets specialising in the Tradecoast region. Dan has completed some of the most significant transactions in the Tradecoast precinct including the sale of 46 Randle Road, Pinkenba for $80,500,000. Dan has extensive experience in negotiating both vacant possession & investment sales along with leases for private & institutional clients.

Dan has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Property Economics at QUT and is an REIQ licenced Real Estate Agent.
