Directors Mark Gilbride and Michael Callow have a combined experience of over 27 years and have been market leaders in the Brisbane industrial market over the past 10 Years. CG Property’s goal is to provide a professional, reliable and honest service to their clients with a focus on achieving the best possible outcome. Michael commenced his career in 2005 and established himself as a market leader in the Australian Tradecoast Precinct with Wright Property, completing over $200,000,000 in sales before 2010.

In 2015 Michael oversaw the integration of the Brisbane industrial business into Cushman and Wakefield when they acquired Wright Property and took on the role of Queensland Industrial Director before being made National Director in 2017.

During his time as National Director with Cushman and Wakefield, Michael grew the Queensland industrial business into the market leader and completed some of the most significant transactions, including the 48,000sqm precommitment to Australia Post and brokered Mapletree acquisition of their Crestmead Industrial Estate for $91,500,000.

Mark commenced his career in 2010 and is widely recognised as one of the top operators in the Queensland industrial market, who has delivered outstanding results to a long list of clients.

Before starting CG Property, Mark was the Queensland Director for the CBRE industrial and logistics team, where he was instrumental in growing the business into the market leader.

Mark’s strengths include vast experience in sales and leasing transactions, unrivalled knowledge and understanding of active occupiers and market trends, strong marketing and strategic capabilities, and long-term relationships with big and small businesses on a state and national level.

Samantha joins us from an Executive Assistant position at Ray White Corporate Queensland where she supported the national CSO and CEO of Concierge. 

Samantha possesses a creative and analytical mindset with an eye for precision and attention to detail. She assists the CG Property Team in all capacities and is an integral part of the business. Samantha is passionate about creating powerful marketing strategies that help showcase the best of what CG Property has to offer.

Hollie brings a wealth of experience to our team, having previously worked as a Residential Property Manager and then as a Marketing Executive at Stockwell Property Group for a duration of two and a half years. She is also in the final stages of completing her Bachelor of Business at QUT, with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing.

Hollie's exceptional attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of marketing within the property industry make her a valuable asset. Her responsibilities include supporting the team in creating promotional materials, developing marketing collateral, and maintaining the integrity of the CG Property brand.

With over 13 years of experience at Ray White Commercial, Jonathon joins CG Property as an Associate Director, bringing with him a strong understanding of commercial sales & leasing and excellent customer service. 

Jonathon has previously turned over 50 to 60 transactions per year in the South East Queensland region and enjoys contributing to the growth and evolution of the area.

Jonathon’s consistently high achievements have earned him the prestigious Ray White Commercial Elite award over the past few years. Above all else, he enjoys the bond he forms with property owners and tenants, knowing he can help them succeed both now and in the future.

Michael joins CG Property with over nine years of experience in the property industry and a further three years of extensive sales experience.

Before joining CG Property, Michael held a Senior Consultant position within CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions – Occupier team and was responsible for servicing industrial real estate occupiers across Queensland. Within this role, Michael was responsible for working with tenants on lease renewals, new acquisitions, and strategic advice on future requirements. 

Michael has a strong understanding of the key markets within the Queensland property landscape and is well-positioned to provide his clients with up-to-date and relevant market information and trends to assist them in making essential property decisions. His extensive experience working with both Landlords and tenants has given him a strong understanding of both sides’ key drivers in negotiations.

He prides himself on his attention to detail, ensuring open communication with his clients and always working in their best interest.

Tom joined CG Property after two years in a business development role at Felix Vendor Marketplace (formerly PlantMiner). Before that, Tom spent four years playing professional rugby in Melbourne and Japan. Tom’s journey has allowed him to experience work at the highest level. The skills learned through his sporting and business life gives Tom a great understanding of delivering results, building relationships, and exceeding expectations.

Throughout his time in agency, Tom has developed an in-depth knowledge of his market that allows him to provide a diverse insight into market trends and active occupiers and tenants. Further to this, Tom has worked alongside and array of clients and continues to identify lucrative opportunities.

Tom prides himself on delivering strong results for his clients, building and maintaining a wide network of relationships with big and small businesses. He is committed to providing his clients a well-rounded approach built off the back of detail, transparency and honesty.

James started his career in 2017 and joins CG Property with experience in the property industry, mainly focused on the Northern industrial market. 

Prior to commencing his time at CG property, James was a sales and leasing executive at Raine & Horne Commercial where he was responsible for providing valuable advice to clients for both sales and leasing whilst also negotiating these transactions.

James has had a strong proven track record and experience with dealing with owners, occupiers and investors. This has been achieved through detailed communication and the goal to work forward to a beneficial outcome for all parties.

Blake joins the CG Property agency team as a Sales and Leasing Executive after completing a Bachelor of Business (Real Estate & Property Development). Whilst studying Blake undertook an apprenticeship at CG properly and was a vital part of the team, providing integral market research and analytics. 

Prior to joining CG Property, Blake spent nearly four years playing polo throughout Australia and overseas in countries such as England, New Zealand, Philippines and Argentina.

Throughout his previous role and qualifications, he has developed a great appreciation for analysis and data which has translated into a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach in his work.

Blake prides himself on work ethic and continually strives to be an approachable and reliable agent for clients and customers.
