Jonathon Burrowes joins CG Property as an Associate Director, bringing more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate across Southeast Queensland. Known for his strong client focus and consistent delivery, he has built a reputation for providing considered, results-driven advice across a broad range of property transactions.

Throughout his career, Jonathon has maintained a high transaction volume, regularly completing between 50 and 60 deals per year. His deep understanding of the Southeast Queensland market, combined with a proactive and strategic approach, allows him to identify opportunities and deliver value for his clients.

Jonathon’s performance has been recognised with multiple Commercial Elite awards during his time at Ray White. He takes particular pride in developing long-term relationships with property owners, working closely with them to achieve both immediate outcomes and sustained success over time.
