Matt joined CG Property Group in 2025 as a Director, bringing with him over a decade of experience in industrial sales and leasing. Previously, he spent 14 years at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Wright Property) after completing a Bachelor of Urban Development, majoring in Property Economics.

Matt specialises in sales and leasing transactions within the Brisbane industrial market. Throughout his career, he has successfully transacted a large number of both sales and leasing deals. Matt is passionate about working closely with his clients to strategically position their assets for sale or lease, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
