Michael joins CG Property with over 10 years of experience in the property industry and a further three years of extensive sales experience.

Before joining CG Property, Michael held a Senior Consultant position within CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions – Occupier team and was responsible for servicing industrial real estate occupiers across Queensland. Within this role, Michael was responsible for working with tenants on lease renewals, new acquisitions, and strategic advice on future requirements.

Michael has a strong understanding of the key markets within the Queensland property landscape and is well-positioned to provide his clients with up-to-date and relevant market information and trends to assist them in making essential property decisions.

His extensive experience working with both Landlords and tenants has given him a strong understanding of both sides’ key drivers in negotiations. He prides himself on his attention to detail, ensuring open communication with his clients and always working in their best interest.
